So I've decided to take a page out of Dougie's book by starting my own "End of Month Review" posts. Just as Dougie states:
"The reason for this is to let me know if I'm actually working or not."
In addition to that, it's a great way to remind yourself of the progress you really are making. It doesn't always feel like progress, trust me. One day might feel like a step forward and the next like a giant leap backwards. It's easy to feel like the work you put in isn't enough, as if you're not working hard enough because there is always someone out there who is working harder than yourself.
This is a reminder to take a step back and look at all your hard work. Then decide how next month will be different. Will you do more studies? Will you focus on value? Block-ins? Color?
I definitely feel like I've had my ups and downs this month. Even right now I'm feeling that downward funk, but in comparison to where I was a year ago, I'm happy to say I've come a long way.
Thanks for checking it out. =)
